It takes an entire village to raise a child and that’s just what CFU, Belagavi proved on 17th, September, 2020.

Gauri Gajbar, an involved volunteer of CFU heard about a disabled woman who had just given birth to a pre- mature baby. They were at the local Civil hospital and the baby who weighed a mere 2kgs was placed in an incubator.

Gauri immediately informed the team and in no time arrangements were made for baby clothes, diapers, wipes etc. The team is currently sponsoring the baby for the next 3 months, until they shift it to an organisation to be be cared for.

Deep appreciation for Gauri and all the volunteers who stepped in and took responsibility for the baby.
