Making yoga a part of our daily routine ensures a healthy body and mind.

Keeping in mind the multitude of benefits of yoga , Care for You, along with Ms. Sarika Jain
has started weekly online yoga classes for children from various orphanages.

Started on 25th September, 2020, Ms. Jain has been conducting a one hour session which incorporates various yoga forms and correct meditation and breathing techniques.

We would like to thank Ms. Sarika Jain for volunteering to help the children lead healthy, happy lives.
